Mr. Yaniv Peretz

Mr Peretz is a high skill security professional with over 19 years’ experience in security management with the focus on counter terrorism. His expertise allow him to share his knowledge in designing various training program and advice to critical infrastructures in South East Asia together with USA, Canada and Europe
He is the managing director; owner and founder of Lorin Pte Ltd, a provider of comprehensive range of civil security-related solutions with focus on security master planning’s and training for law enforcement. He has been taking leading role in counter terrorism consultation project for one of the installations that were attacked by the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist group in Mumbai on the 26/11/08.  

Muhammad Faizal​

Muhammad Faizal is a Research Fellow with the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS). He completed his Master of Science in Strategic Studies at RSIS, specialising in terrorism studies and asymmetric warfare.
Prior to joining RSIS, Faizal served with the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs where he was a Deputy Director and had facilitated international engagements with foreign security counterparts.
He also had postings in the Singapore Police Force where he supervised and performed intelligence analysis, achieving several commendation awards including the Minister for Home Affairs National Day Award (2009) for operational and analysis efficiency; and in the National Security Research Centre (NSRC) at the National Security Coordination Secretariat (NSCS), where he led a team to research emergent trends in domestic security and monitor terrorism-related developments.
Faizal also has certifications in Counter-Terrorism, Crime Prevention and Business Continuity Planning.

Michael Haughey​

Over 30 years of relevant experience in the risk management industry in both the government and the private sectors. Have worked worldwide on Corporate Investigations; Fraud; Due Diligence; Employment Background Screening; Corruption and Anti-Bribery; Crisis and Security Management; Response and Special projects.

Marc Tse

He is the Head of Physical Security, Operational Risk Management in OCBC Bank headquartered in Singapore.  He currently manages the Physical and People Security governance for the Group which include developing physical security policies, setting the physical security standards and procedures, risk assessments, training and crisis management. Marc has 20 years of experience in the security industry and 15 years in facility management.  His experience covers the full spectrum of infrastructure and risk management including an intimate knowledge of technical systems and applications.

Danny Chan

Upon leaving the Army as a Captain with the Singapore Special Forces, Danny proceeded to develop, advice and train numerous law enforcement agencies and military tactical units around the world before serving Fortune 500 and Government and non-governmental clients in austere environments on four continents. Danny was then Director of Global Risk Assessments at Worldaware International Inc. before becoming Regional Director, Global Safety & Security for the largest hospitality company in the world where he handled numerous crisis spanning manmade ones like terrorism attacks to natural disasters like earthquakes to major events like the Olympic Games. He now works for an American global financial services corporation. Danny currently sits on the advisory council of Harvard Business Review is also Senior Regional Vice President of Region 13 for ASIS International and helps to lead the Asia Analyst Roundtable. In his free time, Danny volunteers as an Associate Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre & Small Claims Tribunals – The Subordinate Courts of Singapore and runs his own micro social initiative organization called “Making a Difference”.

Mr. Gerard McDonnell

Regional Solutions Director for Fraud and Security Gerard is a Certified Counter-Terrorism Practitioner with over 25 years’ of experience providing software and security solutions for identity and intelligence management, particularly with governments and banks. Since moving to South Asia, he has been involved in Fraud and Security related projects throughout the region and has gained an enormous insight into the local challenges, trends and best practices.

Counter Terrorism Certification Board has established and maintains voluntary and comprehensive certifications schemes. It grants the CCTP, CERO, CPSC and CITA certifications and maintains it as the recognized standard of excellence for competent security, military and law enforcement professionals.
